Inventory Control/Warehouse Specialist - Portland

Quirk Chevrolet of Portland is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Control/Warehouse Specialist to join our Parts Department. If you’re organized, motivated, and ready to grow with a well-established dealership, we’d love to meet you.

🔧 Responsibilities include:

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels

• Track parts orders and investigate discrepancies or delays

• Collaborate with the Parts Manager to locate out-of-stock items

• Ensure timely turnaround of parts needed for service jobs

• Process and document parts returns

• Review and process invoices for approval and payment

• Verify parts and accessories availability for resale

• Perform routine data entry and clerical tasks

• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile stock

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

✅ Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)

• Ability to lift and move parts (up to 50 lbs.)

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic computer skills

• Previous parts or inventory experience preferred

• Team player with a positive, dependable attitude

💼 Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Saturday as required
