Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills – Inventory Coordinator

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Inventory Coordinator to join the team at one of Southern California’s premier luxury automotive dealerships.

This role sits at the center of our vehicle operations. You’ll manage incoming inventory, build and configure vehicles through the factory order process, coordinate dealer trades, and keep our pipeline moving with precision. If a car isn’t where it’s supposed to be or a deal falls through because of a stock issue, that’s on you  and you’ll own it.

You’ll spend a lot of time in Excel. A lot. Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, tracking sheets, custom reports  if that’s your element, you’ll fit right in. If you have to Google basic functions, this probably isn’t the right seat.

Beyond the spreadsheets, you need to actually care about cars. Knowing the difference between a C300 and an E350 matters. Understanding trim levels, packages, and what clients are asking for helps you make smarter inventory decisions, not just data entry.

What you’ll do:

• Build and manage factory orders
• Execute and track dealer trades
• Monitor pipeline from order to delivery
• Maintain accurate lot and inventory records
• Work closely with sales and management on stock strategy

What you bring:

• Advanced Excel skills (non-negotiable)
• Strong organizational habits with a low tolerance for loose ends
• Genuine interest in vehicles and the automotive business
• Experience in a dealership or similar fast-moving environment is a plus

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour.

The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc.
