 As a senior internal IT auditor on the Internal Audit team, you’ll focus on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. As a technical advisor, you’ll guide IT and InfoSec management on systems and process risks, controls, and quality. You’ll serve as the day-to-day project manager for one or more audit projects or phases within larger projects. You’ll also coach to lower-level auditors, work with area management to solve audit issues, and advise management on remediation actions. To remain in this role, it is expected that the employee will acquire either a CISA, CISSP, or other related certificate within 24 months of hire if one is not already held.
 
This is a hybrid role, requiring work from our Mayfield Village, OH headquarters. 
 
Must-have qualifications 
  • A minimum of 7 years of Information Technology, Audit, or related work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 4 years of Information Technology, Audit, or related work experience.
Preferred skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience using and pursuing best-in-class processes and technologies in an audit capacity.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive process control improvements and effectiveness, and the ability to simplify information or situations to provide clarity and support decisions.
  • Exposure to financial services and/or the property and casualty insurance industry.
  • Public accounting, reinsurance accounting, and audit experience.
Compensation
  •  $81,400 - $108,500/year depending on position level
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 30% of your eligible earnings, based on company performance and job level.
