Inside Sales Representative
Functional Skills Required:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, articulating the features and benefits of our
offerings.
- Build and maintain positve relationships with leads through active listening and effective
communication.
- Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to address
those needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team targets and objectives.
- Utilize CRM systems to document and track lead interactions and follow-up activities.
- Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
Must Have Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Cold calling, email writing and LinkedIn reach out knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and a willingness to learn and grow in a salesoriented role.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
