Functional Skills Required:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, articulating the features and benefits of our

offerings.

  • Build and maintain positve relationships with leads through active listening and effective

communication.

  • Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to address

those needs.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team targets and objectives.
  • Utilize CRM systems to document and track lead interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.

Must Have Skills:


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Cold calling, email writing and LinkedIn reach out knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and a willingness to learn and grow in a salesoriented role.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
