Job Summary An Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential and existing customers, and closing sales to drive revenue growth. This role involves communicating with customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and persuade them to purchase the company's products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead GenerationActively source new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and following up on inbound inquiries.
Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
Product KnowledgeDevelop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
Sales Process ManagementCreate and manage a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
Order ProcessingProcess customers' purchase orders and coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery.
Market ResearchConduct research on market trends and competitors' products to stay informed and competitive.
ReportingProvide regular reports and analysis to management about sales outcomes and opportunities.
Qualifications
Education A bachelor's degree in Bio Sciences and diploma in marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar role. Good to have experience in life sciences products.
Skills:
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
