Inside Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities: Support inside and field sales teams with daily operational and administrative tasks Prepare and manage sales quotes, proposals, contracts, and order documentation Coordinate order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment Track sales activities and follow up on leads, opportunities, and customer inquiries Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding orders, pricing, availability, and basic product information Maintain strong working relationships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams Address customer issues by coordinating internally for timely resolution Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Track sales pipeline, forecast data, and key sales metrics Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and policies Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows and efficiency Maintain customer databases, pricing files, and sales documentation
