Influencer Marketing Manager (Sales & Account Management)
About the Role
We are looking for a confident, high-energy Influencer Marketing Manager who can own both the conversion and management of influencers within the SwipeHealth affiliate program.
This is a sales-meets-account-management role where you will be responsible for converting inbound influencer leads into active partners, and then ensuring their long-term success within the program.
You will be the face of the brand in these conversations, so strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build rapport quickly are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales & Conversion

Handle inbound calls with influencers who have expressed interest in the affiliate program

Lead 15-minute discovery/sales calls to convert influencers into partners

Clearly communicate the value of the SwipeHealth affiliate program
-
Overcome objections and confidently close influencers on joining
Influencer Account Management

Manage relationships with onboarded influencers
-
Monitor performance and ensure influencers meet posting and campaign requirements

Provide guidance and support to help influencers succeed

Maintain regular communication to keep engagement high
Performance Tracking & Optimization

Track influencer activity and campaign performance
-
Identify underperformance and proactively address it
-
Ensure influencers are aligned with brand expectations and deliverables
Communication & Coordination

Act as the main point of contact for influencers

Ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing experience
-
Collaborate with internal teams as needed to improve processes and results
Requirements (Must-Have)

Fluent English with little to no noticeable accent (ESSENTIAL)

Strong sales ability – confident closing deals on calls

Experience in account management or client-facing roles

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to think quickly and handle objections in real-time

Highly organized and able to manage multiple influencer relationships
Nice to Have

Experience in influencer marketing or affiliate programs

Background in sales, partnerships, or business development

Familiarity with performance tracking or campaign metrics
Ideal Candidate Profile

Confident and persuasive without being pushy

Strong cultural alignment with US-based clients and communication style

Based in South Africa or a similar region with strong English fluency
