Executive Assistant (Healthcare Startup – Admin, Outreach & Marketing)

About the Role:

We are a staffing agency recruiting on behalf of a newly launching healthcare business seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to act as a true right-hand support to the founder.

This is a dynamic role combining administration, outreach, and light marketing, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow with a business from an early stage. You will play a key role in supporting operations, organizing priorities, and helping drive early growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track key administrative tasks, including contracts and documentation
  • Conduct research and build targeted contact lists (e.g., healthcare facilities and decision-makers)
  • Perform outreach via phone and email to introduce services and support business development efforts
  • Assist with social media management and basic marketing activities
  • Organize workflows and provide daily task tracking and follow-ups
  • Support scheduling, coordination, and general executive assistant duties
  • Help prioritize tasks and ensure key deadlines are met

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable with outreach (calls and emails) and professional communication
  • Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, medical administration, or related fields
  • Experience with research and lead generation
  • Familiarity with social media management
  • Experience supporting startups or small businesses
  • Prior remote work experience
