How would you describe the culture at Brookfield?

Brookfield’s culture is extremely collaborative. Everyone is willing to pitch in, so it feels like a tightly-knit community of experts all working toward a common goal. Having been a part of our private wealth business since it was founded in 2021, I’ve been able to witness this collaborative spirit in action, first hand as we’ve built this net new function.  

What does your team do?

I’m a part of the business development team within our private wealth business. Our group is responsible for developing and deepening relationships with our partners, which include wealth management firms and financial advisors. We aim to build and foster these partnerships, in order to provide individual investors access to Brookfield's investment expertise.

What makes your work unique?  

Our private wealth business offers investment products tailored for individual investors. My team partners with other internal groups like sales, legal, marketing and  platform operations, to ensure we’re delivering best-in-class products, education and support to our partners.  

What have you learned from working in different roles at Brookfield?  

Everyone understands and appreciates who Brookfield is and what we do. This shared clarity and culture has crystallized for me the importance of being driven, proactive and committed in all that we do.  

Any good dog stories?  

I’ve always loved animals, especially dogs.  A few years ago I signed up to be a foster parent through a shelter here in the city and fell in love with each of the dogs I fostered. By the time my fourth puppy got adopted, I decided I couldn’t endure any more heartbreak. And that’s how I ended up adopting my current dog, Rafi!
