The Position

The IKAM Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) serves as key business partner to the commercial organisation. 

The Opportunity

As an FEP you leverage your in-depth business and customer understanding combined with financial expertise in driving commercial success as well as initiatives that are critical to delivering our commercial strategy. The FEP builds networks across the organisation, to share best practices and co-create solutions that generate value for IKAM, the enterprise and the customer. As FEP, you are a trusted  thought partner to business stakeholders and have close contact with customers, where you will ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact along the customer journey.

Your Key Responsibilities are:

  • Partner with the business and co-lead touchpoints alongside the customer journey with an enterprise mindset; developing a coherent IKA and IKA Network commercial strategy and identification of creative opportunities for value generation

  • Ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics, or advise on deviations and corrective actions 

  • Actively collaborate with the business, the IKAM Pricing Manager and customers in co-creating new business models, quantifying value, and providing pricing transparency

  • Monitor and manage customer performance via the contract life cycle with a profitability and outcomes based perspective, specifically propose & drive ideas for profit improvement - upsell opportunities, efficiency/waste improvement, risk reduction, channel filling etc.

  • Play active part in ensuring sustainable commercial deals by considering risk evaluation, competitor assumptions and consideration of sustainable pricing strategies 

  • Develop a deep knowledge of key accounts, including the understanding their financial strategies and performance, as well as staying abreast of and scanning the internal and external business landscape for trends, issues and opportunities to create value

  • Represent Roche in customer discussions, confidently communicating financial matters, aligning business objectives and conveying Roche’s financial positions during negotiations


 

Who you are

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial and customer centric mindset with an ability to put all available financial and operational information into a holistic picture.

  • Strong business and financial acumen. Experience working with and for the customer.

  • Knowledge and expertise of IKA healthcare system, market dynamics, and competitor landscape 

  • Systems thinker understanding the downstream and upstream impact with strong analytical skills and data driven decision maker.Actively seeking input and building relationships with other stakeholders in the ecosystem.

  • Strong in communicating and engaging with colleagues from all levels of the organisation - collaboratively driving solutions with enterprise mindset

  • Negotiation skills with an ability to support successful win-win outcomes and confidence in direct customer interactions

  • Confident in large, complex deal calculations including financial modelling and scenario analysis and ability to work and thrive in a networked environment, cross-departments, stakeholders and geographies. 

  • English language written and spoken
