Summary of the Role
In this role, you’ll support and coordinate SAP platform operations, ensuring reliable and high-quality IT services. You will work with internal teams and partners to maintain, improve, and modernize SAP landscapes in a collaborative and well-supported environment.
In This Role You’ll / Your Main Responsibilities
Be responsible for and coordinate operations across SAP applications, including SAP S/4HANA (SAP Business Suite), SAP BW/4HANA (Business Warehouse), SAP SLT (Landscape Transformation), SAP ECC (Enterprise Central Component), SAP GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance), and SAP Solution Manager.
Act as a primary technical and architectural point of contact for SAP platforms, working closely with internal teams and service providers.
Ensure agreed service quality levels are met by collaborating with providers and supporting continuous service improvement.
Support and coordinate cloud-based SAP landscapes and migration initiatives, including SAP RISE and Microsoft Azure environments.
Support escalation management, risk mitigation, release, and change activities using SAP Solution Manager Change Request Management (ChaRM).
About the Ideal Candidate
Extensive experience in SAP technology project delivery and operations, particularly within SAP Basis environments.
Good level of expertise in SAP Basis technologies, including S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, ECC, SLT, GRC, and SAP Solution Manager.
Hands-on experience managing databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, and SAP HANA, including backup, restore, upgrades, and performance tuning.
Experience working with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including user and role administration, connectivity, integrations, and monitoring.
Strong problem-solving, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills, with practical experience on Linux and Windows operating systems and exposure to cloud architecture.
Additional Responsibilities
You may also support Microsoft SQL Server administration tasks related to SAP integrations, including maintaining stored procedures and database objects, and contribute to clear documentation, reporting, and operational metrics to support transparency and continuous improvement.
