Human Resource Business Partner
• Manage all HR activities for the assigned vertical(s)
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Partner with Sales & Servicing leadership to drive workforce planning and talent management initiatives
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience to selected candidates
• Take initiatives to enhance employee engagement,satisfaction and retention
• Implement performance management processes to drive the Sales & Servicing team to excellence
• Partner with the L&D team to drive training needs
• Foster a positive work culture
• Address employee concerns promptly
• Track and publish weekly/monthly HR metrics for the vertical(s) to support decision-making.
Skills & Experience:
• Understanding of Sales HR practices
• Experience of working with Tele Sales & Servicing team as their HR Business Partner
• Strong understanding ofsales processes, performance management, and talent development
• Excellent communication, and interpersonalskills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with sales leaders and cross functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Education & Qualifications:
• 1+ Years of experience in HR function of a sales organization with a focus on sales HR or business partnering
• MBA from any of the top tier colleges would be preferred
