Position Details

HRIS Project Manager will manage small-to-mid sized HRIS project through project planning, resource coordination, stakeholder management, etc.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning:
Defining project scope, setting milestones, and establishing timelines.

2. Resource Coordination:
Support the coordination of resources across multiple projects to ensure optimal allocation and utilization.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:
Work with internal stakeholders and business partners to support project objectives and deliverables.

4. Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

5. Documentation:
Maintain detailed project documentation, including end-to-end solution design details and project progress reports.

6. Issue Resolution:
Assist in the resolution of project-related issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

Organizational Structure
- HR Planning Department: About 60 people
- HRIS PMO Group: 3 people (including 1 manager)

- Age group (HRIS PMO Group): mid 30's
- New Grads/Mid Career (HRIS PMO Group): manager and all members are mid-career

Background
Despite many members of this team not having specific HRIS experience prior to this role, they are able to leverage their understanding of other HR areas while they catch up on the technical details needed for the job. 

Mandatory Qualifications:

Experience
- Experience in managing small-to-mid sized projects

Skills
- Work experience in English

Desired Qualifications:

Experience
- Experience in HR technology (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, COMPANY, etc.)
- Experience working in a global environment

Skill/Qualification
- Language Skills: English Business Level, Japanese Business Level
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Workday certification or relevant HRIS certification
