Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle
  
• Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution
  
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
  
• Coordinate with client and internal teams for smooth operations
  
• Ensure compliance and prepare basic HR reports
