He or She will be responsible to coordinate and maintain the full employee life cycle within the standard company processes and various platforms.Job Description
About the Role:
- Serve as an experienced HR Advisor supporting employees across the US and Canada within a large, complex organization.
- Manage end‑to‑end HR administrative and clerical activities, including timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries across multiple channels.
- Process and maintain employee deduction records in Workday (e.g., union dues, 401(k), voluntary and mandatory deductions) to support payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and support periodic union and compliance audits by gathering documentation, generating reports, and ensuring audit readiness.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and stakeholders to meet SLAs/KPIs, support Tier 1 and Tier 2 cases, and contribute to process improvements and projects.
About You:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices across the full employee lifecycle, from hire through retirement, within a complex business environment.
- Proven experience using HR systems (preferably Workday), HR ticketing tools, and reporting for data accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to manage union-related processes, contractual requirements, and employer benefit payment reconciliation.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via email, phone, chat, and messaging platforms.
- High attention to detail, strong documentation standards, and the ability to identify, resolve, and escalate issues effectively.
