Reach your full potential as an HR Assistant Servicedesk.

As an HR Assistant Servicedesk, you play an important role in supporting your HR colleagues. You ensure correct data, quickly answer questions and draft system manuals. You are part of the HR IT department and work closely with our HR Application Specialist who will train you to understand the HR-systems. The HR departments are located in Dordrecht, Amsterdam and Delfzijl. You can work from any of these locations, and you support the HR application specialist in writing the effective communications and manuals. Internal communications are always bilingual: in English and Dutch.

This is what you do daily:

  • Handle first-line tickets such as adjusting data in the HR system, helping employees who cannot log in or adjusting the organisation chart
  • Support the effective communication of changes within HR systems to HR colleagues
  • Drafting clear and understandable manuals for various HR system processes
  • Ensuring complete and correct data in the HR systems

You enjoy working with HR systems, checking data and detecting errors. Also, you have a strong drive to keep learning. You particularly enjoy getting to the bottom of applications and systems. Furthermore, you communicate clearly and effectively because you can empathise with the needs of others. With your strong attention to detail and commitment to learning, you ensure that all tasks are completed on time.

You

  • Preferably have a background in HR
  • Enjoy working in HR systems and Excel
  • Have a good command of both spoken and written Dutch and English
  • Are available 20 to 24 hours per week (working days and times are flexible between Monday and Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.)

We offer you

  • A good salary in line with your experience
  • Initially, a temporary agency contract with the option for a permanent position
  • 25 vacation days (based on full-time employment), with the possibility to purchase additional days
  • A travel allowance of up to 75 km on single trip travel when working at the office, or an allowance if you’re working from home
  • The flexibility to work from home for 50% a week
