We are hiring energetic and customer-friendly individuals for the Sales Associate role.

Job description :

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the Lenskart store.

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable eyewear/optical product recommendations.
• Explain product features, offers, and after-sales services.
• Assist customers in eye testing coordination (with optometrists in-store).
• Maintain and update product displays to ensure visual appeal.
• Handle billing, cash/UPI transactions, and ensure accuracy in sales entries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the store.
• Support team members and participate in promotional activities.

• Inventory Management
• Store Operations
• Ensuring SOPs & KPIs of the store

Eligibility:

Graduate (Freshers can apply)

OR 12th pass with at least 1 year of sales/customer service experience

CTC : upto 2.5LPA + Incentives

Shift Timings:

9:30 AM 7:30 PM

12:30 PM 9:30 PM

Working Days:

Saturday & Sunday Mandatory working
