Role & responsibilities
A dynamic and results-driven professional to manage Maersk Line customers within our Retail & Lifestyle vertical. This role demands end-to-end ownership of customer relationships, operational execution, and financial accountability, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Account & Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent engagement, strong collaboration, and high satisfaction across all touchpoints.
- Operational execution: Oversee the full shipment lifecycle from planning and coordination to final execution, ensuring timely performance and adherence to agreed service standards.
- Exception Management: Incase of challenges & potential disruptions, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, and ensure minimal impact to customer operations while maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Dispute resolution: Support FinOps and Dispute teams to ensure timely resolution of billables with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
