Guest Relations Executive - Retail
Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive who will serve as the face of our premium store.
- Welcome and assist customers with warmth, professionalism, and personalized attention.
- Understand customer needs and guide them through products, offerings, and services.
- Ensure a premium and memorable shopping experience at all touchpoints.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively
- Assist in serving food & beverages as per defined service standards (where applicable).
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of service areas at all times.
- Support in maintaining display counters, tables, and service equipment.
- Coordinate with kitchen and store teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain store ambiance, including visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
- Support inventory checks and replenishment of display items.
- Adhere to SOPs, grooming standards, and hygiene protocols.
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the store.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2- 6 years of experience as a GRE/Captain or Steward.
