Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive who will serve as the face of our premium store.


  • Welcome and assist customers with warmth, professionalism, and personalized attention.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them through products, offerings, and services.
  • Ensure a premium and memorable shopping experience at all touchpoints.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively

  • Assist in serving food & beverages as per defined service standards (where applicable).
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of service areas at all times.
  • Support in maintaining display counters, tables, and service equipment.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and store teams to ensure timely service delivery.

  • Maintain store ambiance, including visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
  • Support inventory checks and replenishment of display items.
  • Adhere to SOPs, grooming standards, and hygiene protocols.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties of the store.

Preferred candidate profile


- 2- 6 years of experience as a GRE/Captain or Steward.
