THE POSITION
Do you have a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail? As our Groups & Events Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience behind the scenes of everything from business meetings to social celebrations. You'll support our Events team in planning, coordinating, and executing all kinds of group bookings and events – helping to make sure every guest experience is flawless.

You’ll learn how to prepare event orders, coordinate departments, and assist in client communication – all while developing your organizational and multitasking skills. From shadowing site inspections to helping manage walk-in event requests, this is your chance to get a true taste of life in Events within an international hospitality group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the Events team with event planning and coordination tasks
• Assist in preparing rooming lists, timelines, and setup details
• Help manage event inquiries and maintain booking records
• Join internal meetings and site visits with clients to understand event requirements
• Assist with on-site coordination on event days to ensure smooth execution
• Communicate with teams across the hotel (kitchen, front office, housekeeping)
• Help handle last-minute changes and support the team in problem-solving
• Contribute to event feedback collection and reporting
