The candidate supports the Legal & Compliance team in providing business-oriented internal legal services. This entails in particular:

drafting and legal review of agreements with clients (Advisory Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements etc.) and other third parties, e.g. service providers and;
support in answering all legal questions from a broad spectrum of advisory services and corporate housekeeping with a focus on general civil law, corporate law and capital markets law. This includes but is not limited to transaction-related legal questions of the Rothschild & Co deal teams.

Fluency in German and English is essential.
