Fusion SCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Fusion SCM Techno-Functional Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM modules. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of core SCM processes along with solid technical capabilities in reports, integrations, extensions, and data migration.
This role requires working in Dubai shift timings while operating in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules including:
  • Procurement (PO, Sourcing, Supplier Management)
  • Inventory Management
  • Order Management
  • Manufacturing / Supply Chain Planning (preferred)
• Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure, customize, and optimize Oracle Fusion SCM modules as per business needs.
• Support enhancements, quarterly patches, and system upgrades.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
• Conduct UAT, prepare test cases, and deliver end user training.

• Develop and support:
  • BI Publisher (BIP) Reports
  • OTBI Dashboards/Reports
  • Integrations using SOAP/REST APIs
  • FBDI / ADFdi templates & data loads
• Perform end to end data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (Finance, Technical, Business Users) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Prepare documentation including FDDs, TDDs, configuration documents, and test scripts.

Must Have

• Strong functional understanding of SCM business processes (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory, Planning).
• Hands-on experience with:
  • BI Publisher (BIP)
  • OTBI
  • FBDI / ADFdi
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) (preferred)
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to perform basic technical debugging.
• Experience in at least one end to end implementation OR multiple support/upgrade projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with global stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and documentation capabilities.
• Exposure to Supply Chain Planning or Manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience working with global delivery teams across different time zones.
• Oracle Cloud certifications (SCM Techno-Functional / OIC / SCM modules) are advantageous.
