Senior Manager- Exports
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager Export to drive export sales, manage distributors, and scale our international presence across Austral, Asia, North America, South Africa . The role is hands-on commercial, and focuses on execution excellence within GT, MT, E commerce, and ethnic channels.
Key Responsiblities:
- Manage and grow export sales across allocated countries.
- Handle existing distributors and support onboarding of new distributors.
- Drive sales targets and improve numeric & weighted distribution.
- Monitor secondary sales, stock levels, and market performance.
- Support implementation of AOP, pricing, promotions, and visibility plans.
- Analyze competition and recommend market-specific strategies.
- Coordinate forecasts, dispatch plans, and documentation with Supply Chain & Finance.
- Support in HoReCa, bulk, and online channel expansion.
- Ensure compliance with distributor agreements and internal processes.
Must Have
- Strong Export Sales & Distribution Management
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
- Experience in GT/MT/E-commerce for international markets (Exprience in markets of Australia and America will be added advantage)
- Ability to work in lean and fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Self-starter with strong ownership
- Good stakeholder and relationship management
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- International & domestic travel as required.
