What you'll be doing:

As an FP&A Manager, you will support the extended responsibilities of the Head of BS and EF during maternity leave. You will coordinate key centralized financial processes, ensure smooth cooperation across FP&A teams, and act as a trusted partner for senior leaders across the organization. You will help manage forecasting and budgeting cycles, oversee essential review processes with ELT and Regent stakeholders, and maintain a strong operating rhythm across Central and Market FP&A. You will also organize and guide the work of team members, support collaboration with COE/GBS, and play an important role in keeping financial processes running effectively during a period of increased responsibilities and change.

Key responsibilities:

What you’ll be working on:

  • Managing and coordinating FP&A peers across Central & Enabling Functions in Core and Commercial Markets
  • Partnering with TO and Global FP&A teams to track Transformation savings, forecasting and new‑year planning
  • Coordinating Forecast and Budget deliverables across Central and Market FP&A teams
  • Acting as the main FP&A contact for COE/GBS to drive process improvement and strengthen cooperation
  • Owning FP&A responsibilities for Purchase Request reviews and the Avon Cash Board, including preparation, coordination and stakeholder alignment
  • Supporting ELT members with insightful reporting, forecasting, budgeting and strategic analysis
  • Working directly with Regent senior management on review boards
  • Helping improve processes such as MEC, audit support and IC recharges simplification

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Higher education
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in senior Business Analysis, Reporting or FP&A roles
  • Experience working with executive‑level stakeholders in a matrix environment
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience leading teams and large‑scale projects
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, complex and sometimes ambiguous environments
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, flexible mindset
  • Motivation to drive the Lean and Agile Operating Model
  • Fluency in English
  • Hyperion/EPM/SmartView experience is an advantage
