Founders Associate Intern - Special Projects (m/f/d)

Please note that for this role, C2 German proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate directly with the co-founders and senior team on new digital SaaS products.
Working hands on to gather informations from the customers and our market.
Build dashboards and analyze performance data and product usage to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
Help improve cross-team alignment - e.g. by creating playbooks, or coordinating knowledge-sharing between departments.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Studying at a top university with strong entrepreneurial focus.
Be hands on.
Fluent in English, with C2 level in German.
Experience in a startup environment.
Curiosity about how tech, operations, and business strategy come together in high-growth companies.
Structured thinker who’s not afraid to get into the details, run the numbers, and execute fast.
Eager to invest time beyond standard hours.
Available for a 4-6 month internship in our Berlin office.
