Financial Controller

Main Responsibilities : Participate in the preparation of budgets in coordination with various stakeholders Contribute to the preparation and analysis of activity-based costings Assist in the implementation and updating of dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) Participate in the production of regular reports on business activities (mines, plants, support functions, etc.) to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement Contribute to the analysis of variances between forecasts and actual results, and help propose corrective actions Take part in ad hoc studies and provide technical support to internal and external teams (auditors, controllers, etc.) Required Skills : Good command of Excel and familiarity with management or ERP tools Strong analytical and synthesis skills Team spirit, rigor, and strong organizational skills Curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to an industrial environment Good interpersonal and communication skills Academic Background Experience : Engineering degree or Master’s degree from a top business school in Finance, Management Control, or Auditing, with initial experience in management control and performance monitoring within an industrial environment. The position is based in the Oriental region of Morocco.
