Finance Analyst – Finance Transformation

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Own and manage a specific finance stream (e.g., Sales, COGS, RSD, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Perform detailed reconciliations across source systems and reported finance outputs.
• Validate financial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Ensure alignment of financial data and reporting with Business Unit requirements.
• Provide validated data sets and finance logic inputs to DTS and Analytics teams.
• Support testing, validation, and adoption of AI‑enabled, interactive dashboards (beyond static reports).
• Document data definitions, business rules, controls, and known data limitations.
• Identify data quality issues and drive resolution in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to finance transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Financial Reporting, or Finance Operations.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting concepts, and end‑to‑end reconciliations.
• Demonstrates high attention to detail with a strong data accuracy and validation mindset.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and explain financial data with clarity and precision.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to BI / analytics tools is preferred.
• Experience working collaboratively with DTS, Analytics, and Business Units to deliver aligned outcomes.
