THE POSITION
We’re searching for an enthusiastic teammate that enjoys working in fast-paced workplaces and has a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service. In the hotel, we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As well as lunches and dinners for groups, for our staff canteen and we have two meeting rooms on the 1st floor. Our restaurant, Express Café & Bar Noord, is located on the ground floor of the hotel and has 60 covers. For our lunch and dinner menu, we work together with local suppliers from Amsterdam Noord.
As the F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and quality dining experiences.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising and training F&B staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
Creating and implementing menus that meet the needs of our guests.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.
