We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to deliver best-in-class facilities management services across a diverse portfolio of assets.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage day-to-day operations, contractors, compliance, maintenance programs and workplace experience across multiple sites.

Job Description

What you’ll be responsible for

• End-to-end facilities management across owned and leased assets

• Managing building and equipment maintenance schedules

• Contractor and supplier performance management

• Financial oversight including invoicing and cost control

• Ensuring statutory, regulatory and contractual compliance

• Supporting portfolio operations across multiple sites

• Enhancing workplace and occupant experience

You’ll play a key role in delivering Integrated Facilities Management services while ensuring operational excellence across a significant property portfolio.

What you’ll bring

• Proven Facilities Management experience across commercial portfolios

• Strong contractor and vendor management capability

• Sound knowledge of compliance, maintenance planning and site operations

• Financial and operational management skills

• Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders
