Atendimento ao cliente, venda e negociação; Gestão e acompanhamento de performance (sell-in e sell-out); Negociação com base em análise de dados; Gestão detalhada do negócio através de ferramentas Unilever; Gestão de categorias, produtos e estratégia do canal; Gestão de investimentos na conta; Realização de visitas presenciais aos clientes, em loja, eventos e outros; Atuação em JBP (Joint Business Plan) junto ao cliente; Desenvolver planos de ação e acompanhamento dos KPIs qualitativos; Interface com demais áreas da Unilever (financeiro, gestão de serviço, trade marketing, merchandising etc.)
