Executive Planner & Advisor

Position Overview

International currently has a great opportunity for an Executive Planner & Advisor, who will be an integral member of the R&D team.

 

In this role, you will also work directly with Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of R&D and have broad-based responsibility for strategy, communication, and coordination across the R&D organization. 

 

This person will be expected to utilize structured problem-solving and strategic approaches in a sometimes-ambiguous environment, prepare presentations to gain alignment, communicate effectively inside and outside the organization, and work with the  team to develop and implement solutions. 

 

The position will be role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lisle, Illinois.

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Planning strategies and facilitating processes with direction from the CTO. 
  • Study the organizations goals and strategies and determine what changes and initiatives can be made to better serve the company and the team.
  • Accountable to provide summary and detailed status reports of KPIs and projects under the Business Unit, and ensure other teams provide detailed status updates that are critical to the business.
  • Project management, portfolio creation and collaboration are the cornerstones to this position.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of strategic planning, business intelligence, project coordination or business analytics providing data-based strategic direction experience
  • At least 2 years of lead experience

OR

  • Master's degree and at least 5 years of strategic planning, business intelligence, project coordination or business analytics providing data-based strategic direction experience
  • At least 2 years of lead experience

OR

  • At least 12 years of strategic planning, business intelligence, project coordination or business analytics providing data-based strategic direction experience
  • At least 2 years of lead experience

Additional Requirements

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
