Accountabilities:
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying new opportunities across departments, stakeholders, and business units
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and executive stakeholders, acting as a trusted commercial advisor
- Lead complex negotiations and renewal processes, ensuring timely and value-driven outcomes
- Identify expansion opportunities based on customer adoption, maturity, and evolving business needs
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Technical Account Managers, Product, and Marketing teams to align strategies and deliver customer value
- Maintain accurate forecasts, track performance metrics, and contribute to overall revenue planning and reporting
- Share best practices, contribute to team playbooks, and support continuous improvement in account management processes
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or SaaS-based commercial roles
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth within large, complex enterprise accounts
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience managing multi-product portfolios and navigating long, complex sales cycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at an executive level
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret account data and prioritize growth opportunities
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS pricing models, contract structures, and renewal processes
- Experience in compliance, risk, legal, ESG, or regulated industries is a plus
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong performance expectations
