Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead technical engagements with semiconductor customers, providing advanced filtration expertise and ensuring solutions meet highly specialized manufacturing requirements.

  • Lead technical projects and testing plans to support business and customer objectives
  • Develop, evaluate, and recommend filtration solutions for semiconductor applications (e.g., wet cleans, photolithography, CMP, UPW, etch, gas processes)
  • Independently resolve complex technical challenges and translate learnings into scalable solutions
  • Prepare and present technical reports and findings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collect and analyze voice-of-customer (VoC) feedback to identify performance gaps and future needs
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, R&D, and engineering teams globally
  • Support evaluation of prototype filters and communicate results effectively
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in semiconductor manufacturing and a strong background in scientific or engineering disciplines, combined with customer-facing experience and problem-solving ability.

    • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
    • 10+ years of relevant experience in microelectronics or semiconductor environments (adjusted for advanced degrees)
    • Strong knowledge of semiconductor process modules such as photolithography or wet etch/clean
    • Understanding of defect analysis and material characterization techniques
    • Experience working with filtration technologies or high-purity process systems (preferred)
    • Proven ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional technical teams
    • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
    • Ability to manage complex technical challenges with autonomy and rigor
    • Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
