Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage multiple LinkedIn profiles and company pages for lead generation.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers, CEOs, and senior professionals organically and using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Build and maintain targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to drive high-quality leads.
- Plan, design, and launch email marketing campaigns using Outlook Mail Merge, email automation tools, and tracking dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with anti-spam and deliverability rules to maintain sender reputation.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and continuously improve outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with management and sales teams to align marketing and business goals.
- Handle daily LinkedIn engagement activities, connection requests, messages, follow-ups, and responses.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and operating multiple LinkedIn IDs and company pages.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and organic outreach strategies.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing tools, automation, and mail merge campaigns (Outlook / other tools).
- Understanding of email spamming rules, domain warming, and inbox placement strategies.
- Excellent written communication and follow-up skills.
