We are looking for a skilled Executive Email Marketing professional with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating SQL through effective email marketing strategies and a strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations.
Roles and Responsibility
- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to engage and communicate with clients in the IT and software development industry.
- Create compelling email content, including subject lines and visuals, to maximize open and click-through rates.
- Proactively contribute to lead generation efforts and collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads.
- Monitor and analyze email marketing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for improved results.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant email marketing regulations.
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an email marketing role, preferably within the IT or software development industry.
- Proven track record of generating SQL through effective email marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations.
- Excellent team player able to work with diverse personalities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
- Comfortable working in a target-based role, focusing on lead generation for US clients.
- Candidate should have a minimum of 250 to 400 email IDs, specifically in domains like staffing, fintech, healthcare, etc.
