Job Role: Customer Service Representative E-Commerce (Domestic Process)
Were hiring Customer Service Representatives for a domestic e-commerce process. The role involves handling customer queries via calls, chats, or emails, assisting with orders, deliveries, returns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Salary: 16,000 – 18,000 + 2,000 Pacman Incentive + Floor Incentives
Shift Timings: Rotational shifts between 6:30 AM – 11:30 PM (9-hour shift)
Working Days: 6 days working with 1 rotational week off.
Transport: Centralized pickup & drop available, with home drop provided after 9 PM.
Joining: Batch starting from 23rd March 2026 – Immediate joiners preferred
Candidates should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
