Job Description : We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as International Voice Customer Support Executives with Excellent communication.

Salary :- 2.5 LPA - 3.25 LPA

Eligibility Criteria:
Fresher or any BPO related experience. (10+2 undergraduates can apply) Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
• Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer queries related to products/services offered by the company.
• Work in an international call center environment with exposure to diverse cultures and time zones.
• Develop strong communication skills to effectively handle complex customer issues.
• Meet performance targets set by the organization.
