Dispatch

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating drivers, managing loads, and ensuring smooth day-to-day transportation operations for the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for scheduled loads

• Monitor shipments and ensure on-time pickup and delivery

• Communicate with brokers, customers, and drivers to resolve issues promptly

• Track loads and provide regular updates

• Handle documentation and update internal systems

• Ensure compliance with company and client requirements

Working conditions:

• Working schedule: Monday – Friday, 17:00 – 02:00 CST (1-hour unpaid break included)

• Office mode of work (Belgrade (Serbia) or Lviv (Ukraine))

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dispatcher in trucking/logistics (preferred)

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to work independently during night hours

• Excellent multitasking and decision-making skills

• Knowledge of US geography, HOS, and transportation regulations

• Experience with TMS/ELD systems is a plus

• Stress-resistant and solution-oriented mindset

• Reliable internet connection and workspace (for remote role)
