Accountabilities:
You will lead the execution and continuous improvement of the enterprise security program, ensuring effective governance, risk management, and compliance across the organization. You will act as the operational owner of key security processes while coordinating across internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities include:
- Leading execution of the enterprise security program, including governance, policies, standards, and control improvement initiatives
- Owning and managing the cyber risk register, including risk intake, scoring, mitigation tracking, and executive reporting
- Coordinating internal teams and external security partners to ensure aligned delivery of security outcomes
- Partnering with executive leadership to align security priorities with business, product, and infrastructure strategies
- Driving compliance activities, audit readiness, customer assurance responses, and evidence management
- Defining and tracking security metrics related to incidents, vulnerabilities, remediation, and control maturity
- Supporting incident response processes, including escalation guidance, communications, and corrective action follow-up
- Ensuring continuous improvement of security operations and governance frameworks
- 8+ years of progressive experience in information security or cybersecurity leadership roles
- Experience building or scaling security programs in MSP, MSSP, or technology services environments
- Strong understanding of NIST CSF, security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Experience managing third-party security vendors such as MDR, SOC, penetration testing, or vulnerability management providers
- Proven ability to communicate security risk and trade-offs to executive and technical audiences
- Strong knowledge of cloud, SaaS, identity management, logging, and incident response environments
- Experience supporting audits, customer assurance programs, and regulatory compliance efforts
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC) preferred
