Accountabilities:

  • Lead procurement transformation projects across S2C and P2P processes, ensuring client objectives, cost reduction targets, and KPI improvements are met
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Procurement Directors, Business Leads, and PMO teams, to align project plans, manage risks, and resolve escalations
  • Partner with implementation teams to design transition approaches, ensuring smooth deployment across geographies and business portfolios
  • Conduct process diagnostics, capability assessments, and gap analyses to develop strategic recommendations and actionable roadmaps
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, reduce cycle times, and enhance process effectiveness
  • Support change management activities, including communications, training, and organizational alignment, to ensure successful adoption
  • Prepare business cases, analytical insights, and reports for leadership review and decision-making
  • Requirements:

    • 3–6 years of consulting or industry experience in procurement, supply chain, or digital transformation projects within FMCG, F&B, IT/High-Tech, Retail, or Manufacturing sectors
    • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in S2C or P2P process improvement, implementation, or transformation
    • Working knowledge of ERP systems and S2P tools such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Zycus
    • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across global, cross-functional teams
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate processes, interpret data, and recommend impactful solutions
    • Excellent planning, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English, both written and spoken
    • Relevant certifications (CSCP, CPM, SPSM) are a plus; strong educational background from reputable engineering or management schools
