Digital Project Manager

Main Responsibilities : Prepare and lead scoping workshops with business teams. Define, prioritize and structure use cases, with a focus on mining issues (production, maintenance, safety, environment, etc.). Draw up schedules, monitor progress, manage risks and ensure regular reporting. Coordinate project interfaces (business, IT, data, external partners). Prospect for and integrate new technological solutions from Industry 4.0 (IoT, automation, data analytics, etc.). Analyze and synthesize offers from service providers in response to calls for tender. Train and support users in the use of solutions. Manage projects from start to finish: scoping, implementation, change management and monitoring of the value generated. General Skills : Experience in digital project management, ideally in an industrial or mining environment. Ability to structure complex projects, organizational skills and autonomy. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively. Proactive and results-oriented. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Appetence for data, digitalization and process automation is an asset. Academic Profile Experience : Engineering degree in computer engineering, industrial engineering, process engineering, or mechanical engineering with an appetite for digital tools, ideally with initial experience in a similar context. Position based in Casablanca.
