- Hardware repair and troubleshooting
- Windows installation and configuration
- Outlook and email configuration
- Remote and on-site support
- Latest system setup and standard configuration
- Basic networking (LAN, router, switch)
- Ticketing tool handling
- Good English communication skills
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate (IT/Computer)
Experience: 2-5 years
