If this sounds like you, we are looking for a manager to guide our Customer Success team to help Autodesk’s customers with Enterprise Business Agreements drive long-term success by executing an array of services to accelerate customer business goals and drive adoption. This is an exciting opportunity to influence our customers, and Autodesk’s success. You will report to the Director, Customer Success Management.ResponsibilitiesYou will manage a team of Customer Success Managers (CSM) for our AEC industry within the DACH & Netherlands area You will increase customer adoption and maturity by creating customer outcomes across a selected group of our Enterprise customersYou will enable the team to develop, execute and manage Customer Success Plans detailing efforts to achieve higher adoption and satisfaction aligned to customer business outcomesYou will establish direct relationships with customers developing greater customer engagementYou will facilitate change and promote innovationYou will create a purposeful environment where everybody can bring their authentic selves at workMinimum QualificationsYou are experienced in managing customer-facing businesses in large enterprise accountsYou have strong business acumenYou have familiarity with the AECO industries and cloud, digital, SaaS technologiesYou have knowledge of the DACH or Netherland market and its intricaciesYou will travel up to 30% of the time both to onsite meetings with customers and to meetings with colleagues and customers to our officesYou are experienced in people management and enjoy engaging with your team and customers enabling them to grow and developPreferred QualificationsYou have empathy for customers and a passion for growthYou have a proven ability to influence and adapt to changeYou are an enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire othersYou have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business modelsYou have a methodical and process-oriented mindsetYou have excellent communication and presentation skillsYou have a demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvementLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
