HR Intern
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This remote internship offers hands-on experience across core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and interested in building a career in Human Resources.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionAssist in posting job openings on job boards and internal platformsScreen resumes and coordinate interview schedulingMaintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and next stepsOnboarding & OffboardingSupport new hire onboarding processes (documentation, orientation schedules, system access)Prepare and organize onboarding materialsAssist with employee offboarding documentation and exit processesHR AdministrationMaintain and update employee records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentialityAssist with HR documentation, reports, and filingSupport HR audits and compliance-related activitiesEmployee Engagement & SupportAssist in organizing virtual employee engagement activities and eventsRespond to basic employee HR-related inquiries under supervisionHelp prepare internal communications and HR announcementsCompliance & Policy SupportAssist in maintaining HR policies and proceduresSupport compliance with U.S. labor laws and company guidelinesConduct basic research on HR best practices and employment regulationsProjects & LearningParticipate in HR projects such as performance management, training initiatives, or DEI programsPerform other HR-related tasks as assignedRequired QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldStrong interest in Human Resources and people operationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationAuthorized to work in the United StatesPreferred QualificationsPrevious internship or academic experience in HR or administrative rolesFamiliarity with HR tools such as ATS, HRIS, or Google Workspace / Microsoft OfficeBasic knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR practicesSkills & CompetenciesTime management and multitaskingProfessional communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and adaptabilityAbility to work independently in a remote environmentTeam-oriented mindset
