Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 6-8 corporate sales executive
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through corporate sales, B2B sales, and client acquisition.
- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, researching potential clients, and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to develop solutions tailored to meet the needs of corporate clients.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive hospitality industry.
