Key Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy & Growth

  • Own regional revenue targets (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, Gross Bookings, Margin).
  • Design and implement pricing strategies based on demand forecasting and seasonality.
  • Drive dynamic pricing and yield management across properties.
  • Identify revenue leakage and take corrective actions.

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor daily performance dashboards and MIS reports.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on underperforming properties.
  • Lead revenue review meetings with cluster managers and supply partners.
  • Optimize channel mix (OTA, Direct, Corporate, Walk-ins).

Market & Competition

  • Track competitor pricing and market trends in Kochi.
  • Develop local tactical campaigns during peak/lean demand periods.
  • Identify new demand segments (corporate, long stay, events, etc.).

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Area Business Heads and Supply teams to align revenue goals.
  • Guide hotel partners on pricing, inventory management, and demand generation.
  • Collaborate with central marketing and digital teams for local promotions.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor Revenue Executives/Analysts.
  • Build a performance-driven revenue culture within the region.
