Area Revenue Head
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Growth
- Own regional revenue targets (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, Gross Bookings, Margin).
- Design and implement pricing strategies based on demand forecasting and seasonality.
- Drive dynamic pricing and yield management across properties.
- Identify revenue leakage and take corrective actions.
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor daily performance dashboards and MIS reports.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on underperforming properties.
- Lead revenue review meetings with cluster managers and supply partners.
- Optimize channel mix (OTA, Direct, Corporate, Walk-ins).
Market & Competition
- Track competitor pricing and market trends in Kochi.
- Develop local tactical campaigns during peak/lean demand periods.
- Identify new demand segments (corporate, long stay, events, etc.).
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Area Business Heads and Supply teams to align revenue goals.
- Guide hotel partners on pricing, inventory management, and demand generation.
- Collaborate with central marketing and digital teams for local promotions.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor Revenue Executives/Analysts.
- Build a performance-driven revenue culture within the region.
