Content executive
Location- Mumbai Andheri East (In - Office role)
Key Responsiblity:-
1. Video Content Creation
- Lead ideation for short-form, long-form, and paid video campaigns.
- Oversee scripting, production, and final delivery ensuring every piece reflects our brand identity.
- Adapt existing content into multiple formats, hooks, and versions tailored for different platforms.
2. Trend Spotting & Real-Time Activation
- Track emerging social, cultural, and viral trends to develop timely, trend-based content.
- Work with a roster of agile creators who can deliver quick turnaround videos.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fast track approvals for reactive campaigns.
3. Collaboration & Coordination
- Partner with designers, editors, and marketing teams to maintain brand tone and consistency.
- Coordinate with external creators or agencies when needed.
4. Distribution & Rollout (Good to Have)
- Understand the balance between organic reach and paid amplification.
- Have basic knowledge of planning content rollout timing to maximize engagement and conversions.
Education and exprience:-
- Graduation in any discipline (mandatory).
- 1 3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (agency background preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience in video content production and editing (mobile + basic desktop tools).
- A strong personal Instagram presence with demonstrated understanding of reels, trends, and audience engagement.
- Familiarity with tools such as Instagram native tools, CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar.
