As a data analyst lead on the Marketing Strategy and Intelligence team, you’ll be a part of the journey to modernize our consumer insights capability. In this role, you’ll help deepen our foundational understanding of the consumers and customers we serve through primary and secondary research and leverage analytical tools that provide data related to personas, segmentation, trends, and journeys to create human stories that inspire new creative content. In addition, you’ll serve as an insights and research execution arm for the various business groups, consulting with them to deliver consumer and customer expertise, insights, thought leadership and high-impact research to support their product and growth strategies.
This is a remote position for U.S.- based work only, requiring occasional travel for meetings and/or training.
Minimum qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 7 years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of 5 years analytical work experience.
Preferred skills
- Experience with business-to-business and business-to-consumer brand, marketing, or experience development research.
- Five or more years working with qualitative and quantitative research tools, including focus groups, segmentation, social listening, and survey and data visualization tools.
- Ability to integrate multiple data sources to craft clear, compelling insights that influence business decisions.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including lookup functions, pivot tables, and data visualization; ability to work in SPSS.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a collaborative, creative problem‑solving approach.
Compensation
- $98,400 - $131,200/ year.
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
