Collection Manager -CV

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end collections for Commercial Vehicle (CV) loan portfolio.
• Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely follow-ups for recovery.
• Manage and reduce delinquency (Bucket 1 to 90+ days).
• Coordinate with field collection executives and agencies for resolution.
• Ensure adherence to collection processes, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
• Track daily/monthly collection targets and ensure achievement.
• Handle escalations, customer disputes, and settlement cases.
• Maintain proper documentation and update collection systems regularly.
• Conduct regular field visits for high-risk or high-value cases.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure smooth recovery.
