The Opportunity

As part of the Sales/Clients team you are responsible for driving operational activities related to typical sales functions and managing various activities related to the lifecycle of a CRE/CS. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are responsible for program management for at least one of our functional sales teams and for directing and executing on key back-office functions such as implementation of compensation strategies, development and maintenance of sales systems, and data and analytics.


Responsibilities

- Lead and manage large-scale projects within the sales and client management team

- Drive the implementation and maintenance of sales systems and analytics tools

- Oversee the execution of compensation strategies and back-office functions

- Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement in sales processes

- Engage with clients at a senior level to secure project success

- Provide strategic guidance and program management for functional sales teams

- Foster a top-performing and inclusive team environment

- Utilize data insights to inform and refine sales strategies


What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- 6 years of experience


What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Managing internal account management activities for assigned accounts

- Building additional client relationships and developing new business opportunities

- Driving strategy and execution for progressing pipeline opportunities

- Managing competitive pursuit processes and developing pursuit strategies

- Driving relationship-building activities for assigned accounts

- Preparing account teams for business development-focused client interactions

- Planning and facilitating account planning calls and strategy sessions

- Utilizing CRM systems to manage and analyze sales activities

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
